Put the milk, water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Mix well. Let it sit for 3 minutes. Add the egg, sunflower oil, and vegetable mixture. Mix. Add the flour, salt, curry powder, cumin powder, and cayenne pepper. Knead for 10-12 minutes.   Grease the bowl with your hands (5 ml). Take the dough, shape it into a ball, and then place it in the bowl. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place or until the dough has doubled in size.   Sprinkle your workplace with flour. Roll the dough out into a sheet measuring 35x40 cm. Cut into pieces using a pizza cutter.
