We just came back from Dukes the Palm and Ula is the beach club on site (although operated on its own). Fantastic food, cocktails and vibe. Expect to pay nothing less than €20 for a cocktail.

Correct prayer is performing the five daily prayers at their prescribed times, while being in a state of purity, facing the Qiblah, and having sincerity and humility. It begins with Takbirat al-Ihram (saying “Allahu Akbar”), followed by reciting Surat Al-Fatihah and another surah, then bowing (Ruku‘) and prostrating (Sujood) with tranquility, sitting for the Tashahhud (two sittings in three- and four-rak‘ah prayers, and one in Fajr prayer), and ending with the Taslim. This is done according to the guidance of the Prophet ﷺ: “Pray as you have seen me praying.” Steps of the Correct Prayer (From Takbir to Taslim) Preparation Perform ablution (Wudu). Cover the ‘Awrah (required parts of the body). Face the Qiblah. Intention (Niyyah) Make the intention for the specific prayer in your heart without verbalizing it. Takbirat al-Ihram Say “Allahu Akbar” while raising the hands to shoulder level. Standing and Recitation Recite Surat Al-Fatihah in every rak‘ah. Recite another portion of the Qur’an in the first two rak‘ahs. Bowing (Ruku‘) Bend forward and place the hands on the knees. Say “Subhana Rabbiyal-‘Azim” (Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great) three times, with calmness and tranquility. Rising from Ruku‘ Stand upright and say: “Sami‘a Allahu liman hamidah” (Allah hears those who praise Him). Then say: “Rabbana wa laka al-hamd” (Our Lord, to You belongs all praise). Prostration (Sujood) Prostrate on the seven body parts: Forehead and nose Two hands Two knees Toes of both feet Say “Subhana Rabbiyal-A‘la” (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High) three times with tranquility. Sitting Between the Two Prostrations Sit and say: “Rabbighfir li” (My Lord, forgive me). Tashahhud Recite the Tashahhud in the second rak‘ah and in the final sitting. Recite the Ibrahimic prayer (Salat Ibrahimiyyah) in the final Tashahhud. Taslim Turn the head to the right and say: “As-salamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullah.” Then turn to the left and repeat the same. Essential Pillars of Prayer (Without Which the Prayer Is Invalid) Standing (if able, in obligatory prayers). Takbirat al-Ihram. Recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah. Bowing (Ruku‘). Standing upright after Ruku‘. Prostration on the seven body parts. Rising from prostration. Sitting between the two prostrations. Tranquility in every pillar. Maintaining the correct order of the pillars. The final Tashahhud. Sitting for the final Tashahhud. Sending blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ. The two Taslims. Sunnahs and Recommended Acts Raising the hands before and after Ruku‘, and when standing for the third rak‘ah. Placing the right hand over the left on the chest while standing. Reciting the opening supplication (Du‘a al-Istiftah) after Takbirat al-Ihram. Reciting additional Qur’anic verses after Al-Fatihah in the first two rak‘ahs.
