Now to the same pan in medium-high heat melt some more butter and fry off the ginger and garlic till fragrant before adding in the chicken to cook for around 8-10mins. 7. Once the chickens basically done add in your sauce and mix well to fully coat, cook for a further 2 minutes then garnish with coriander and cream 8.
