Spencer said that before the fires, firefighters did routine "drills" around the city.. they gave him and others a false confidence. That alone should be a crime. This is criminal in so many ways!

You can’t tell me they weren’t intentionally set! Why was there no plan? How much taxes do Californians pay? They knew the winds were gonna pick up! I’m from PA & watched your snap that day & I will never forget it. No sirens, nothing. It’s like they wanted this to happen!
