Eu am folosit: 🍑 4 kg piersici 🍎 3 kg mere 💧 apă – cât să acopere fructele 🍋 sucul de la 1 lămâie 🤍 zahăr sau îndulcitor – după gust Am curățat și tăiat fructele, apoi le-am pus la fiert cu apă, doar cât să le acopere. Le-am lăsat aproximativ 20 de minute, până s-au înmuiat bine. Le-am pasat foarte bine cu blenderul, apoi am trecut totul prin sită, pentru ca nectarul să fie cât mai fin și fără coji sau fibre. Am pus din nou nectarul pe foc, am adăugat sucul de lămâie și zahăr după gust și l-am mai lăsat să dea câteva clocote. L-am turnat fierbinte în sticle curate, am folosit capace noi și le-am sterilizat prin fierbere aproximativ 20–25 de minute. Apoi le-am lăsat acoperite să se răcească lent până a doua zi.
