I have straight eyelashes and this curler. Curl beginning at the end, move back, curl, move back curl, until you reach the roots. You avoid the 45 degree angle on your eyelashes

If you love that one you’ll love the Kevin Aucoin one too!!! It opens up so wide then I use the sheisedo one for the curl. Believe me, so good!
