In a deep bowl, combine the buttermilk, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, dried parsley, and egg. Mix well.   Add the chicken breast to the buttermilk mixture and coat it well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove 50 ml of the buttermilk mixture from the bowl and set it aside.   In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and chicken seasoning. Mix well. Add the buttermilk mixture and crumble it together using your hands.   Take a piece of chicken breast and coat it with the flour mixture until it is well covered. For an extra crispy layer, you can coat it again with the flour mixture.
