Low Calorie Five Guys Burger 🍔 Ingredients: 1 burger bun 160g 5% fat beef mince 1 slice low fat burger cheese Salt Black pepper Toppings: Lettuce Onion Pickles Ketchup Mustard ——— Method: 1. Divide the mixture in half and roll each portion in your hands to create two even sized balls of beef mince. 2. Get your frying pan over a high heat, add a little oil, then add the beef. Place a square of baking paper on top, then smash it flat using a spatula or a potato masher. 3. Ngong Ping 360 and Tai O Fishing Village This is a whole new side of Hong Kong that I never knew about until a couple of years ago, the history and beauty is something else. This area is definitely worth a visit and you can do it all in one day. My children loved it as we were always on the move. Ngong Ping 360 is Asia's longest cable car system and stretches 5.7km from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping. We got the Crystal Plus Cabin which is 80% transparent (which includes the floor!!) The views were incredible even in the fog as you could see below! Ngong Ping Village is packed with lots of things to see and do, we enjoyed learning about the construction process of the cable car system at the Cable Car Discovery Centre. Then around the corner to the Motion 360 Experience where you got to go on the virtual reality adventure flying over Ngong Ping and Tai O. These are great indoor activities especially if you want to escape the summer heat for a bit or in our case...the rain! We walked up the 268 steps to see the magnificent Big Buddha (the second largest outdoor Buddha statue in the world). Then we took a bus to Tai O (it is one of the oldest fishing villages in HK) to see the iconic stilt houses on water and even got to go on a Boat tour and see the infamous pink dolphins. Pasta alla Zozzona 🍝 Ingredients: 180g rigatoni or mezze maniche 75g guanciale 100g Italian sausage 1/2 onion 2 egg yolks 50g pecorino 400g tinned plum tomatoes 1 tbsp olive oil Pinch of chilli flakes Black peppercorns Salt ——— Method: 1. Dice the guanciale. Fry in a dry pan over a medium heat until the fat renders out and it turns golden and crispy. Remove some of the fat and set aside. 2. Add diced onion and cook for a few minutes until softened. 3. Then add the Italian sausage to the pan and break it up. Fry until it’s browned and cooked through. 4. Crush the tinned plum tomatoes, then add them to the pan. Season with ground black pepper and chilli flakes, then simmer for 10 minutes. 5. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, until al dente. Save some of the pasta water. 6. Grate pecorino into a bowl, then mix with the egg yolk, ground black pepper, pasta water and the reserved fat from the guanciale. 7. Add the cooked pasta into the meat sauce, mix until combined and simmer for 1 minute. 8. Remove from the heat, stir in the egg and cheese mixture. Serve topped with more grated pecorino and black pepper, then enjoy. Lovely! #zozzona #italianfood #familymeals #DinnerIdeas
