You can’t then go back to doing what you were doing before because that is what led you to be in the position that you were in so build a diet and structure your nutrition in a way that you enjoy then from there depending on whether you’re in a maintenance, a fat loss or a growth phase you can up or lower the calories Without completely changing your nutritional structure If you get results through unsustainable means And you don’t plan on how to maintain these results once you pass the phase of unsustainable eating you are going to end up back where you were unhappy, unmotivated and feeling like shit this is exactly why I teach all of my clients the exact process of how to get into the shape that they want and then learn how to maintain this forever My aim is to make every single one of my clients be able to effectively coach someone else This means that they understand the process and they’ll be able to help their friends and families become healthier fitter versions of themselves If you’re just blindly following your coach, start asking questions find out exactly why you’re doing certain things-if they can’t answer them then maybe look for a new coach😬 #Fitness #fyp #health #viral #motivation #gym #nutrition #recipes #lowcal
