put out you tongue, place the pill at the back of the tongue then swallow the water. your tongue goes back and you can't avoid swallowing

Proven method my MeeMaw taught me: Put the pill in your mouth, flood your mouth w/ water... If it's a 'sinker', head goes all the way back. If it's a 'floater', head all the way forward. 👍💯
