I’m 34 and been told today I have shingles on my upper back so I’ve been given antiviral tablets 5x a day for 7 days.. had it 3 days now, does this pain get worse before it gets better? 😩😭 x

You need to be on antivirals. You need to not be scratching as you’re just going to spread it. You need to be washing your hands and clothing and bedding daily that touches it. You need to be on pain medicine. I currently have it on my face.
