I got final decision on 4 March, still no portal 1. Everything is completed on tracker and I have copr details in the tracker too.

Same for me. Final decision on feb 10,2025 but no portal 1 yet. In tracker everything shows completed. No copr number. Called ircc 3 times. Raised webform 3 times. Still no update
