Johansson then forced her fiancé to burn her body inside their car and write a letter falsely confessing to the murder, claiming he intended to take his own life. Instead, the fiancé managed to contact authorities, leading to Johansson’s arrest. Following the investigation and trial, Kjell-Åke Johansson was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder.
