You did the mindset work, the manifestation, the visualization? How did that work out for you? Let me guess. Same problems, more time wasted. The emotions you're trying to fix are symptoms, not causes. The anxiety before a trade comes from a rule that isn't clear enough. The hesitation comes from never having proven your setup works. The revenge trading comes from having no plan for what happens after a loss. None of those are psychology problems. They're process problems. If your rules were binary, tested, and proven, what would there be to feel anxious about? You'd know what you're looking for, you'd know it works, and you'd know what to do when it shows up. There's nothing left to manage. I spent years on the psychology side myself. Books, journaling, telling myself to be disciplined. Nothing changed until I rebuilt the way I learned. Binary rules. Testing every component live before risking money. Proving each piece before moving to the next. The psychology fixed itself, because there was nothing broken underneath it anymore. Trading is not 100% psychology. It's 100% process. Fix the process and the psychology follows.
