@its_bennetttt: Enrichment mat for my ragdoll cat • ASMR 🎧🤍 For those who may be unfamiliar! Bennett is from one of the largest breeds of cats, and being a male on top of that, he is expected to eat more than normal domestic cats. So if this seems like too much compared to how much your cat eats, that’s normal!! That being said, the food also looks like much more than it rly is bc it’s being spread out on the mat. Many times, I also don’t give him the full portions in the packaging! Even if I did, those who watch us know that Bennett is notoriously hard to convince to eat- if he gets full, or simply isn’t craving what’s on his plate, he will NOT eat it 💀 it’s actually quite a struggle for me at times (cough, everyday) 😂 Anyway, no need to worry about his weight!! I’ve been at this long enough to intuitively track and adjust his meals based on how much he’s eaten in a day, plus he’s got a perfect body condition score of 5 from our vet, & I regularly weigh him at home— it’s actually kind of scary how consistent he is 😂 so we’re not worried at all! I’m highkey obsessed with the health of my cat 🤣 Anyway, thought I’d explain here for those curious.
