I’ve done infliximab, azathioprine, tofacitanib, vedolizomab, ustikinumab, upadacitanib and ozanimod. I’ve not even been diagnosed for 3 years lol

I loved the infliximab it was like magic, but only a few months in my body rejected it 😢 now I’m on Rinvoq 30mg as can’t have a lot of other things 🙄 it’s not perfect but it’s working 1 year so far

I tried all of them plus Xeljanz (tofacitinibe), all of them failed. I'm currently on Rinvoq (week 4), but it hasn't worked yet, not even a bit 🫤

Azathioprine had an allergic reaction. Infliximab gave me leaisons on my brain, vedolizimab primary none responder, Rinvoq isn't working either running out of options 🙈

I’ve just had my second infliximab infusion after a year of unsuccessful vedolizamab 🤞🏼🤞🏼 been flaring for 2 years so really hoping this helps🥹

Only vedolizumab gave me a remission of 3 years. Rinvoq only worked for me on the 45mg dose but couldn’t continue as it’s not licensed for more than 30mg. Ended up having ileostomy after 8 years
