No you can not take the bolt off the arrow. Why because that is not a bolt 😂

Try bending the pointed end of the arrow inwards allowing the nut to slide above the narrowest end of the arrow

You have to dip the bottom end of the arrow in boiling water for 10-15 min the. Put in a vice gently squeeze the end together allowing the nit to be removed. To put the nut back slide on back and then dip the rail again in boiling water for 10-15 min allowing the tail to absorb the water and expand again back to norma.
