마늘 소분🧄 (English Description👇🏻) 드디어 그날이 왔어요 6개월에 한번씩 몰아서 해두는 마늘소분!! 간마늘은 너무 비싸고… 우리가 마늘을 얼마나 많이 먹는데요…😆 좀 일이지만 한번에 넉넉히 만들어 냉동실에 쟁여둡니당! 1. 통마늘 (냉장고용) 습기 때문에 곰팡이가 생기기 쉬워서 설탕 → 키친타올 → 통마늘 순서로 넣어 냉장보관! 키친타올이 눅눅해지면 새것으로 갈아주세요👍🏻 2. 채썬마늘 (냉동실용) 냉장고 통마늘부터 잘라 쓰고, 다 쓰면 냉동해둔 채썬마늘을 꺼내 써요. 볶을 땐 녹이지 않고 언 채로 바로 볶으면 조금 나을거에요🫶🏻 3. 다진마늘 (냉동/냉장) 나머지는 모두 갈아서 소분해요. 이 많은 양을 가는데 물은 딱 2스푼만 넣어도 되요! 처음에 물 2스푼을 넣고 갈기 시작하면 마늘에서 수분으로도 충분이 다 갈수 있어요🤍 냉동용은 큐브로, 냉장용은 통에 담아두면 끝! 매번 하면 번거로우니 6개월에 한번씩 날잡고!! 화이팅💪🏻 —————— Garlic prep day! 🧄 I do this every 6 months and stock up my freezer! 1. Whole garlic: Store with sugar + a paper towel underneath to help prevent moisture. Replace the paper towel when it gets damp. 2. Sliced garlic: I use fresh garlic first, then the frozen sliced garlic. For the best texture, cook it straight from frozen without thawing. 3. Minced garlic: I mince the rest and portion it out. And for this entire batch, I only used 2 tbsp of water! Start with 2 tbsp, then let the moisture from the garlic do the rest. Freeze in cubes or store in the fridge and you’re done! 🫶🏻 A little work now but garlic ready for the next 6 months! 💪🏻 #마늘소분 #땡쓰소윤 #garlic #garlicprep #garliclover
