Brown the beef: In a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven, brown the 2 lbs of ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease. Season with the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. 2. Add the remaining ingredients: Stir in the beef broth, Rotel, kidney beans, and dry elbow macaroni. 3. Simmer: Bring everything to a simmer and cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is tender. If the noodles need more liquid while cooking, add a little water or additional broth. 4. Add the cheese: Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. 5. Melt: Cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese is completely melted. 6.
