As long as the influencer isn’t claiming to be doctor or any other health care professional, they are not breaking this law “practising medicine without a license”

It’s the non medical affiliates who have their own personally named codes that worry me. I questioned it and was told they are affiliated with a certain provider and feel validated to advise!!

The crazy thing to me is them advising dosages and "click methods"... why are you messing around with prescribed medicine? Any medicine needs to be taken as advised its so irresponsible of them

This needs to be shared to most influencers who go on live on TikTok that isn’t a pharmacist. Almost every live I watch of people talking about MJ has inaccurate information. It’s why I don’t talk about MJ at all on my account! I have knowledge but I’m not a professional.
