To be honest, this movie was really familiar to me. Not the Gore part but everything leading up to it. I don’t blame her for not being able to keep her cool. The people in her life were trying to slowly unalive her. She was a product of her own environment and now everyone sits back and says wow look at how crazy she was not crazy she was being put through. Being raised in a narcissistic household is a trauma. No one will ever understand.

Tell me why everyone types this movie up so much and then when I watched it, it just made me uncomfortable and not in an intriguing way like a “this isn’t even horror this is just them sexualizing pearl to be weird to her father, objects, and other stuff. They could have done better honestly but the plot is good I just wish they wouldn’t have made it weird you literally can’t watch this movie around anyone bc of how awkward it is
