Whatever you do, don't go with green for the tiles! You'll hate it in a year. Green becomes dated quicker than any other color

I think you are already planning on it, but highly recommend a pocket door. It will help with space and keeping it from feeling even tighter at the entrance.

You can buy frosted or stained glass peel & stick for glass on Amazon. It'll save you a lot because then you don't have to do any exterior work by replacing that window.

I don’t know why but I think the sink would feel better on the other wall and the opening not being in the corner. (This is based on zero experience and just vibes)

Use a one way glass! You can see out - they can’t see it! That window is too perfect to shorten!

I recommend centering the doorway a bit more so you can put extra storage or a hamper on the wall behind across the sinks. Something narrow but it will definitely add to the functionality!

Here's how YOU can help save Swifts: They are victims of the record breaking june heatwave in Germany. It was an emergency for wild birds. Rescue centers were overwhelmed, and many had little or no capacity left. Swifts spend almost their entire lives in the air. Because of the extreme heat, many are jumping from their overheated roof nests far too early. A sitting swift is ALWAYS an emergency. 🙏 Swifts are declining everywhere due to us. ‼️YOU can take action NOW: - Remove unnecessary pavement so the ground can absorb rainwater. -Protect the diversity of insects, they are essential for their survival - Plant native wildflowers, shrubs, and trees. - Leave patches of grass uncut. - Provide fresh, bird-safe water sources during heatwaves. - Create shade with native trees instead of concrete. - Replace gravel gardens with living plants. - Support green roofs and green walls. - Ask local businesses to replace sealed surfaces with vegetation. - Encourage schools and workplaces to plant native habitats. - Preserve old buildings with nesting sites whenever possible. - Install nest boxes for swifts and swallows during renovations. Mount them on walls facing north to reduce overheating during heatwaves. Avoid placing nest boxes directly beneath roofs. - Support bird-friendly building regulations. - Reduce pesticide use to protect insects, their main food source. - Advocate for more parks, pocket forests, and connected green corridors. - Ask your local mayor to expand urban tree cover and protect mature trees. - Support policies that reduce urban heat islands and restore nature. -Donate, if possible, to local wildlife bird rescues, some are specializing in Swifts ➡️💝Link to help my local Swifts in my Bio or Highlight! 🐣🔗 #mauersegler #swift #wildliferescue #Wildvogelhilfe #birdrescue
