As a manager I refuse to address all of my staff for an isolated incident. that's a direct conversation. now if multiple people are making the same errors obviously I need to educate all of them. this is is avoiding confrontation it seems.

they drafted new Workspace standards. reducing the personalization of our desks and workspace... I know I definitely inspired it 🤣. 1. No pictures on your monitor or drawers. 2. No house plants in your area unless purchased an placed by HR. 3. No eating your lunch at your desk. so on and so on 😬
