You can hear it in his voice for sure , I’m scared I have it and I just okayed high school but had 5 really bad concussions and I have a head time remembering stuff all the time

I've suffered a TBI and I've had numerous concussions, it's weird to explain but it feels like your mind isn't catching up so it almost sounds like your drunk but some days I'm talking a mile a minute

I really like using these types of drills to warm up before class. The goal isn’t to complete the takedown, rather focus on timing and connection. 1) Inside sweep > snap down > pass by 2) Inside sweep > snap down > same side front headlock 3) Inside sweep > snap down > cross side front headlock 4) Push to outside sweep 5) Pull to inside sweep 6) Side to side outside sweep 7) Circle to outside sweep Play with these and see how they feel. #jiujitsuflo #jiujitsu #judo
