I had a pitbull. I moved into a new apartment and when I came home my lunch hour she chewed up my cushions so I locked her in the bathroom when it came home four hours later, she chewed a hole through the wall. Luckily, my brother and dad are contractors.

As a dog sitter I can't imagine this. I have a few clients who just hand over the leash and leave where as 98% do want to step inside see the space the pup will be in. Also how they never noticed how messy it was in the photos is insane

I worked as a sitter but I went to the clients homes to care for the pet in their own environment. running a boarding facility out of a apartment that's way too small!

You have to take a tenant to court to legally evict them. in my state a landlord has to serve 3 ! 10 day notices, a 20 day notice, then take you to court THEN the cops have to be there when you're things are moved out if the landlord moves you out. If it's for non payment, and you try to pay anytime prior to the court notice the eviction stops. in this case it would be a comply or vacate notice where a would be responsible for the clean up. Maintenance would do the cleanup and she would have to foot the bill.
