Anyone saying it was Trav's fault, it wasn't. LiveNation sold 50k tickets before making the layout. Prior to the show, they knew only 30k could fit but let it start anyways. Travis didn't have the authority to end the show. He could only stop, and he did when he saw the ambulance and some1 being lifted out. The manager had the power to end the show but he was nowhere to be found. The audio engineer connected to Trav's earpiece was informed of the situation but didnt give trav details. Instead he only told him to leave after Drake left. LiveNation spoke with the police and they both agreed to let the show continue. Travis couldn't hear much of the crowd as only people on the left side were being crushed. Music was very loud too and he had an earpiece which minimized sounds. I've seen trav twice live. The music is very loud, and if you're in pits right by the stage, you sometimes can't even hear the music cuz of the bass.

By the way, They told him everything was okay and first off they told the camera people not Travis himself and its ENTIRELY Live Nations fault and its obvious. the fact he literally said in an interview that he couldnt hear them and that the earpiece effected his hearing unable to hear the people on that side, Also not his fault because they got probably 30k more people then they shouldve. In conclusion, not his fault at all.

Imagine being Travis Scott, you’re performing at your own festival, people die in the crowd, and you’re told otherwise, and even while multiple times you stop the show (with a ton of noise and bass especially with an earpiece hello???) to check on multiple passed out people showing compassion, people ignore it, and instead of just facing grief or legal fallout, millions of strangers start calling you a demon, a murderer, or a satanic cult leader. That’s not just criticism that’s dehumanizing.
