Oklahoma state statute 47-11-1119 has determined that there is fact a law over that. Florida state statute 316.6135 has also determined that was a lie. I’m sure I can find the other state statutes that make this illegal.

i blame the damn parents... why woud anyone say not to blame the people who neglected them. i panicked on walking outside on a hot day with my baby, I am in the middle of post partum and struggle but guess what I nver forget... my child. i dont care how hard you struggle you dont forget your child. also there are laws against it, they are punished but I do think those punishments need to be harsher. the system isn't the issue its people who should of never had kids in the first place
