How To Do A Body Recomposition This means to tone which means to lose body fat and build muscle. Lose body fat first then focus on building muscle without putting any body fat back on. Plan For Losing Body Fat: 1-2 hours of cardio every day. Eat a low calorie high protein diet. Example Breakfast: 1 cup of egg whites and 2 oz of chicken breast.
