The prosecution reported at the sentencing hearing on May 8, 2026, that Creighton engaged in explicit communication with these accounts, identifying a total abandonment of human decency by the then 51-year-old. The investigation established that Creighton’s series of behaviour continued even after his initial detection. The prosecution reported that whilst on bail, Creighton was granted a Sexual Risk Order (SRO), which he breached numerous times by continuing to access prohibited digital spaces. This identifies a calculated series of assaults on the life-safety of children, as the accounts Creighton contacted were actually part of a specialist decoy operation designed to identify online predators.
