🚨Handling a new job nightmare👇 Getting off to a difficult start with a new job where you’re not inducted and receive no training or handover is a horrible feeling. It can leave you struggling to get to grips with things and sometimes even questioning what you’re supposed to be doing 😳 So when your manager then turns around and says they expected you to get up to speed with things quicker than you have, it can feel very overwhelming, worrying and infuriating. You may even fear your job security especially if you have a probationary period. Companies should always provide proper inductions and training. There is so much evidence out there on the importance of it. Sadly though so many people find themselves in this situation. Whilst no one should be in this position, if you do find yourself in it, it’s wise to focus on what you do have control over which is what happens going forward and what you need to thrive and get up to speed with things given the absence of proper onboarding. I would recommend sharing a list of things with your manager that you think would help you for example shadowing people doing a similar job, a workplace mentor, a weekly 1:1 with some short and long term objectives. And ask your manager what they would recommend. Most of all don’t doubt yourself which I know can be so hard in these situations. You’ve got this 👏 📌 Please remember the advice offered in this video is generalised and will not fit every situation. 💚🥹 حضورِ جاناں ﷺ کی یاد نہ ہوتی تو شاید یہ دل کب کا ٹوٹ چکا ہوتا۔ 😔 ہر گزرتا لمحہ آپ ﷺ کی محبت کی گواہی دیتا ہے، ہر دھڑکن میں مدینے کا نام بستا ہے، اور ہر دعا میں صرف ایک ہی آرزو ہوتی ہے... یا اللہ! ایک بار اپنے محبوب ﷺ کے روضۂ انور کی حاضری نصیب فرما دے۔ 🤲🕋 🥀 کبھی کبھی دل اتنا اداس ہو جاتا ہے کہ لگتا ہے جیسے کلیجہ سینے میں ٹھہر ہی نہیں رہا۔ دنیا کی ہر خوشی بے رنگ لگتی ہے، ہر محفل ادھوری محسوس ہوتی ہے، کیونکہ جس دل میں حضورِ اکرم ﷺ کی محبت بس جائے، اسے پھر دنیا کی کوئی نعمت مکمل سکون نہیں دے سکتی۔ 😭💚 🌹 یا رسول اللہ ﷺ! آپ کی یاد ہی میرا سرمایہ ہے، آپ ﷺ کا ذکر ہی میری راحت ہے، آپ ﷺ پر درود بھیجنا ہی میری خوشی ہے، اور مدینے کی گلیوں میں حاضر ہونے کی تمنا ہی میری زندگی کی سب سے بڑی خواہش ہے۔ 🕌🤍 😢 جب مدینے کی تصویریں دیکھتی ہوں، گنبدِ خضریٰ کا تصور کرتی ہوں، تو بے اختیار آنکھیں نم ہو جاتی ہیں۔ دل یہی کہتا ہے کہ کاش وہ ساعت بھی آ جائے جب یہ نظریں حقیقت میں اس مبارک شہر کا دیدار کریں، اور یہ لب ادب سے عرض کریں: السلام علیک یا رسول اللہ ﷺ۔ 🤲🌿 💔 دنیا کے غم وقت کے ساتھ کم ہو جاتے ہیں، مگر مدینے کی تڑپ ہر دن پہلے سے زیادہ بڑھتی جاتی ہے۔ یہ وہ درد ہے جو رلاتا بھی ہے، مگر اسی درد میں عجیب سا سکون بھی ہے، کیونکہ یہ درد محبوبِ خدا ﷺ کی محبت کا ہے۔ 🥹🌹 🤲 اے میرے رب! میری ہر دعا، میری ہر آہ، میری ہر امید صرف تیرے محبوب ﷺ کے شہر تک پہنچنے کی ہے۔ میری قسمت میں بھی وہ مبارک سفر لکھ دے، گنبدِ خضریٰ کا دیدار، روضۂ اقدس پر سلام، اور مدینے کی گلیوں میں عاجزی سے چلنا نصیب فرما دے۔ آمین یا رب العالمین۔ 💚🕊️ .. .. .. .. #Ishqemadina #madinabeloved #Fyp #unfreezaccount #viwiesproblem
