@healingbythenumbers_: I’m not afraid to admit I still struggle with these 5 things. I teach data-driven healing, mood tracking, nervous system science. And yet, I’m human. I’m messy. My own reminders slip through the cracks. Here are 5 things I’m still working on: 1️⃣ Resting without guilt I know the science: rest is productive. But the feeling is always: I’m falling behind. That old panic still shows up, telling me I should be doing more. 2️⃣ Listening to my body Some days I treat my body like an experiment (curious. objective). Other days, I bulldoze through red flags and end up sick because I didn’t listen. 3️⃣ Being kind to past me I love showing people their healing is real, even when it’s not linear. But forgiving my own past choices? Still hard. I’m still learning how to hold that version of me with compassion. 4️⃣ Recognizing my worth I’ll remind you you’re worthy all day long. But my own brain still tries to measure my value in checklists and results, always looking for “proof” I’m good enough. 5️⃣ Crying Crying is data too — in theory. But I still hold it in. I still apologize for it. I still try to be “fine” when my body’s begging me to let it leak out. Healing isn’t perfection. It’s staying curious. It’s staying kind. And yes: it’s resting. 💛 Drop a 💛 if you’re working on any of these too. … #MentalHealthAwareness #HealingJourney #RestIsProductive #NervousSystemHealing #EmotionalWellness #RestisData #HealingbytheNumbers
