I was arrested once for DUI. The judge said there wasn't enough evidence to prove I couldn't properly operate a vehicle. That was an expensive lesson and I never did it again.

It's so hard for a DA to prove DUI without a breathe or blood test. Smell of alcohol isn't illegal, open drinks doesn't prove you were drunk, as long as you never put it on paper your lawyer can usually show resonable doubt. Always deny always ask for a lawyer

Agree and follow their step, will make pay 10k-15k. Or Easy stay quite , never take test, go to jail , no evidence , your free to go with small fine , and get car back no problem
