The 7 minute time clock rule is sketchy 😩. If I work until 4:37, then I’m only paid to 4:30. However, if I worked to 4:38, then it would be rounded up to 4:45.

To put it simply it’s a percentage of an hour so you can be paid a percentage of your hourly rate… You worked 75% of an hour, your being paid 75% of your hourly rate…
