NAW MY COUSIN OWED this daycare last she did a whole 360 on the building used to a old chase she did not run out of money she got something better but ok😂 and I helped decorate the whole inside but whoever rents it out next will enjoy the inside very spacious.

Just Helping: Any building that is 5000sft is required to have a sprinkler system in most states! Check the fire department for accurate information in relation to this building. If I was a tenant or realtor, looking to lease this building….. I would negotiate 5 months of FREE rent negotiating 1 free month per year and 75% of the Sprinkler system simply because it makes the landlord value of the building increases immediately 👌🏾 Plus, the landlord would be getting successful business owners to occupy his/her property. That’s the ultimate goal right ….. Successful Tenant and Happy Landlord 💃🏽
