![[In English below] Szybki letni deser. ♥️Chrupiące poduszeczki z mascarpone i truskawkami. 🍓☀️ Składniki na 4 porcje: 1 opakowanie ciasta francuskiego 250 g mascarpone 3 żółtka + 1 żółtko do posmarowania ciasta 2 łyżki cukru + 1 łyżka do owoców 10 truskawek 10 czereśni, bez pestek Przygotowanie: Z ciasta francuskiego wytnij 8 krążków za pomocą foremki o średnicy około 10 cm. Ułóż po dwa krążki jeden na drugim i posmaruj je żółtkiem. Na środku każdego krążka umieść mniejszą foremkę obciążoną grochem lub fasolą. Piecz przez 15–20 minut w temperaturze 180°C, aż ciasto będzie złociste. Następnie pozostaw do ostygnięcia. Żółtka ubij z cukrem na jasną, puszystą masę. Dodaj mascarpone i wymieszaj do uzyskania gładkiego kremu. Truskawki pokrój na ćwiartki, a czereśnie na połówki. Przełóż owoce do miski, posyp łyżką cukru i delikatnie wymieszaj. Na upieczone i ostudzone ciasto wyłóż krem mascarpone, a następnie dodaj przygotowane owoce. Smacznego. Quick Summer Dessert ♥️ Crispy Puff Pastry Pillows with Mascarpone and Strawberries 🍓☀️ Ingredients (4 servings): * 1 sheet/package of puff pastry * 250 g mascarpone cheese * 3 egg yolks + 1 extra egg yolk for brushing the pastry * 2 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp sugar for the fruit * 10 strawberries * 10 cherries, pitted Instructions: Using a round cutter (about 10 cm / 4 inches in diameter), cut 8 circles from the puff pastry. Stack them in pairs and brush the tops with egg yolk. Place a smaller cutter in the center of each pastry round and weigh it down with dried peas or beans. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy.
