Coat the chicken 	•	Dip each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. 	•	Dip into the egg mixture, coating fully. 	•	Finally, press into the panko crumbs until well coated. 	•	Shake off extra crumbs and repeat with all cutlets. 	4.	Air fry 	•	Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. 	•	Spray the air fryer basket generously with olive oil spray. 	•	Place cutlets in a single layer without crowding. 	•	Spray the tops of the chicken with olive oil spray. 	•	Cook for 12 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook another 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F). 	5.
