“Should your knees be in front of your arms in tuck planche or behind?” When first starting tuck planche training, it’s very likely your knees will be in front of your arms, with your hips below parallel. As time goes on, your goal is to lift your hips to parallel, while staying compressed to form a tuck planche. Once that position becomes doable, you’ll begin to move your knees down and away from your body into an advanced tuck planche position. From there, you can keep extending your advanced tuck planche until you reach full planche, or you can incorporate other planche modifications like the straddle planche, half lay, single leg…etc. If you need help getting your Tuck Planche, join my Intermediate Calisthenics Program 💪🏼 If you need help getting your Tuck Planche, join my Intermediate Calisthenics Program 💪🏼
