it was so easy to just enforce this and put the onus on parents. parental controls are ridiculously easy to set up. you know this law took 5 years to set up? in those five years they could have set up laws and fines for parents who don't have parental controls on their children's devices. not only would they have made bank but our privacy wouldn't be invaded.
