We sourced everything fresh from Boggy Creek Farm, right here in Austin.🌱 So get your apron ready, because you’re about to bring a little piece of Veracruz to your kitchen. 👩‍🍳 Here’s how to make it: Ingredients: 	•	1 whole chicken (cut into 10 pieces or use pre-cut) 	•	9 tomatoes, cubed 🍅 	•	1 onion, cubed 	•	18 garlic cloves, diced 	•	3 potatoes, cubed 🥔 	•	15 olives 🫒 	•	3 tbsp capers 	•	1 cinnamon stick 	•	1 stick of butter 	•	Salt to taste 🧂 	•	1 can chipotle peppers 🌶️ 	•	3 bay leaves 	•	4 cups water 💧 Instructions: 	1.	Wash and chop all your veggies. 	2.	If using a whole chicken, break it down into 10 pieces. (Ours is 5 lbs—we show you how in the reel!) 	3.	Season the chicken with salt. 	4.	In a large pan, melt the butter and add the chicken. Let it sear with the garlic. 	5.	Add onions and potatoes, stir for ~5 minutes. 	6.	Add tomatoes, olives, capers, bay leaves, and the cinnamon stick. Mix well. 	7.	After another 5–10 minutes, add the chipotle peppers and water. 	8.
