Always getting yelled at and beratted and then they have the nerve to go on Google and make a review saying the front desk is “rude” bc we’re just doing our jobs and they don’t like what we’re telling them when we can’t see them when they at 30 mins late bc the doctor says no.

the literal VA called me to yell at me bc we had been waiting for a response for a month and no one was getting back to us. She told me she could've gotten fired for how many times we called (once a week, which is standard). I said well it maybe if you did your job you wouldn't be reprimanded. 😭

I walked in this morning at 8:15, the phone started at 8:17 and rang non stop until 9. Same person, no message. At 9 I answered and was yelled at because it was an emergency. This is chiro, if it’s an emergency go to the hospital, like the intro to the voicemail says!!!

I literally just had a patient get mad at me. Somebody who schedules. Ask what imaging her doctor would order her so that she can know self price. I straight up told her I don’t know because I’m not your doctor. We only go by what the doctor gives us. You can’t tell me your symptoms and have me know what it’s gonna be. I don’t know because I am not a licensed medical professional.😭

Bruh. I work for a trauma center and I schedule patients. I get yelled at for prescriptions not being filled, their insurance not covering imaging, patients not seeing that their discharge from on ED requires them to make a follow up appt., etc. I JUST SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS 😫😫😫😫😫

Patient walks in with an attitude every time and is rude to the entire staff. Told her the doctor couldn’t sign the disability paper(she doesn’t even need it) since it was 3:15 and he was backed up. Proceeded to tell us that she would wait. Doctor comes out an hour later and she’s like “why is everyone so mean to me?” He straight up told her “you walk in with an attitude every time and are rude towards the girls.” 💀
