I watered it let it grow strong, someone else started taking care of it so i stopped and just appreciated it occasionally. After a while it started to slowly die. The person caring for it now used harmful chemicals then abandoned it. But now the flower thinks everyone will use pesticides on it and has forgotten my gentle touch.

When you pick up a flower it either dies eventually or you can dry it. Either way, the flower will never be as beautiful as it was before. It's better to just let it bloom.
