@_juliarene: ATL PRO Recap | What’s Next!?🤔 I just competed in my second pro show this season and holy crap… This weekend I stepped on stage at the Atlanta Pro and placed 6th! I even got a metal this time🤩I’m so happy BUT I’m not going to lie I didn’t know how we were going to come back with an even better package in only a week BUT WE DID… Show day morning I was almost 2 pounds lighter than my last show🤯 my glutes looked sharper and my body felt great! I’ve never done back to back peak weeks like this but I liked it because we kept the momentum from the last show💃 This peak week we only made small adjustments to my diet in order to come in a bit tighter than last show but a lot of it stayed the same as far as water loading, tapering off cardio, and filling out. So it was alot smoother than I expected! This trip was special because it was just me and my mom traveling together, we got to hangout, watch makeup YouTube videos, she made my food, and took care of me and I love her for that! Show day went even faster than the last one! I felt even better on stage after getting my jitters out and I got first call outs! The competition was just as fierce and all the girls were so incredible…. and it was surreal to be in first callouts with Lisa the powerhouse who won the show!!! After the show mom and I did things differently… I immediately showered, took off my makeup, jumped in my jammies and ordered Shake Shake to our Airbnb and honestly it was an introverts dream💭 📝I also got my judge’s feedback from Tyler and Coach and I have a game plan for what’s coming next….
