Because blocking DHT does not block testosterone! Infacts blocking DHT makes your natrual testosterone go up a bit. Hope this helps!

DHT blocking has nothing to do with masculinity.. nothing wrong with a desire to save hair.. if DHT is the way than so be it, Finasteride/Dutasteride is used to reduce DHt level and does not eliminate it with low dosage (1mg).
