Burger: • 1 1lb ribeye steak, well marbled • 1/4 cup diced white or yellow onion • @Lawry’s Seasoning seasoned salt • provolone cheese • sliced red and green bell pepper • potato buns toasted in butter or mayo  • kraft cheez whiz 1. Start by thinly slicing, then mincing a ribeye to an almost ground beef consistency. You can use a food processor, but a knife does the trick and has a little more control! You want it to be slightly more chunky than ground beef.  2. Add the diced onion, mix/chop a bit more until everything is evenly spread throughout. Then form into 4 equal size ball, and set aside at room temp for 30-45 mins. 3. After the beef has warmed up which will help soften the fat and make it much easier to smash/hold together, Heat a griddle or skillet over medium high heat. Then place each ball down and smash into the griddle, just make sure it’s not too thin. The texture here can fall apart if you do!  4. Season with some seasoned salt, then after about 2 mins flip the burgers over but make sure you carefully scrap them up to avoid breaking it apart! Then top with cheese and let that melt.  5. Remove the burgers after the cheese melts, then cook the optional bell peppers right in the beef fat for 4-5 mins or until slightly charred and softened.  Then toast the buns and you’re all set to put it together! 6. Cheez whiz goes on the bottom bun, followed by 2 Patties, the optional bell peppers, more cheez whiz, then the top bun! Enjoy!
