I love it when you have these cops who make up their own laws. Yes, you can curse in public. Yes, you can curse a cop. You just cannot threaten him. You could say anything to him. You curse him. You could tell him any words you wanna tell him and it’s legal Supreme Court rule that so you have all these cop with these big egos that make up the law as they go along and corruption is rampant
