The color might’ve been old like they had it in the back forgot to put it out because something similar happened to me on my cousin so it might not have been the brand just the tube

You can go for a beige toner which typically has a blue/violet base. Pravana expressed toner/clear will get that orange right out. You can maybe try to go back with a pink shampoo wash.
