I really think it needs to be studied the downfall of Nintendo ever since satoru iwata died this company has been going downhill as a die-hard Nintendo fan I've lost all respect for them they've become money hungry quality is no longer standard over there and that is shocking to say because Nintendo has their seal of approval but things are changing and not for the better.

I knew this console was gonna flop. Same problem that the Wii U and 3DS had that it’s too similar to the previous well selling console and not enough convincing titles are being made. The way they are relying on backwards compatibility says a lot about the potential that it’ll reach

They only want there first party games to showcase the system, and maybe in a year or two they will let second and third-party developers optimize their games to the hardware, they just want to be first with everything

Nintendo has always been a notoriously terrible company for Western devs to partner with. Some real horror stories from the old Starfox devs, Rare, Alphadream and Retro. Which is a shame, because those right there are responsible for some of their very best games.

They are prolonging the life of Switch 1 because they really didn't want to make a Switch 2. They were pressured by consumers. They will get to developing games later.

But they just put out a switch oled model last year in April? Not everyone is going to be able to or wants a switch 2. When the 3DS came out & switch 1, there was almost no games that were out for either system. So to me, this is normal. It’s just up to ppl to decide if they wait to buy the system when more games are available & risk paying more for the system & when less are available or buy the system & play the limited amount of games that are out. I’m personally content, but like most typical adults unlike content creators/streamers, we all have lives to live so we don’t have the time to fully complete a game. We can have the patience to wait for new games cuz we’re still finishing games that came out a year or longer ago

Beast of Reincarnation is proof of that. GameFreak is making game for Xbox and ps5 and it looks better than a Nintendo switch game.
