Let’s be real Ga is powerful in Accra, but outside Accra it fades fast. Twi isn’t just regional, it’s national. About 8 out of 10 Ghanaians can understand Twi, but not even 1 out of 10 can speak Ga. So if we’re talking reach and understanding, replacing ‘Akwaaba’ with ‘Oobake’ simply isn’t necessary.
