Im a first time mom im genuinely so confused on how to start baby on food should i give him one item every day to make sure it does well or plate a plate as pictures youve shown i want to make sure he gets his iron intake

Babies grow a wild ammount more and faster in the first six months, they don’t need as much iron later this is a huge misconception. Why would every single baby have the same issue if it wasn’t by design.
