I mean they're both correct as far as I understand. He asked for another plate and they took his food away but the restaurant is correct to say as it is their policy like we're not going to give you more food until you finish your plate so there is no wastage. Really and truly the restaurant is correct, the guy was probably tipsy or just aggravated, I mean I feel like there are just certain things you should say or demand upfront knowing you work in a bar like people are going to get drunk
